Yayasan Sunbeams Home started on 28-5-1995 as a home for children with two kids initially, but has since expanded to help lower income single parents, senior citizens, underprivileged poor families, orang asli and drug rehab centres.  We currently have more than 100 children in our homes.

It takes about RM100,000 (US$30,000) a month currently (February 2008) to run all the children's homes, tuition centres, youth centres, old folk's homes and day care centre.  It is with deep gratitude that we want to say a word of thanks to generous individuals and corporations that have provided the funds needed.

We wish to express our gratitude to Kajang Hill Golf & Country for their generosity in donating RM6,000 on 18th January 2008 during their charity dinner. Charity Malaysia has also been kind to contribute another RM6,000 raise by them during the same dinner towards our charity.
